利用薄膜扩散平衡技术分析沉积物间隙水溶解态反应性磷 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
沉积物间隙水溶解态反应性磷(SRP)是反映沉积物磷地球化学特征的敏感指标,对其高分辨率获取一直是难点.基于薄膜扩散平衡(DET)原理,以琼脂糖为原料制备薄膜,通过平衡、切片、提取、测定等步骤,获得溶解态反应性磷的含量信息.实验确定薄膜在磷溶液中的平衡时间为24h,通过0.25mol/L硝酸提取16h可将薄膜萃取的磷提取完全.利用DET技术对不同沉积物间隙水SRP进行了分析,与实际浓度的差异在±5%以内;对沉积物剖面的分析结果与Rhizon、微型Peeper等采样技术基本一致,垂直分辨率可达到3mm左右.利用DET技术对太湖草型和藻型湖区沉积物间隙水SRP进行丁分析,发现草型湖区间隙水剖面SRP呈峰形分布,且横向空间分异明显;藻型湖区间隙水SRP随沉积深度的增加呈升高趋势,扩散梯度随水温升高而增强. 相似文献

绿松石的热性能分析在对其水的结构特征、呈色机理等的研究中具有重要指示作用.采用热重-差热分析(TG-DSC)、红外光谱(IR)和X-射线粉晶衍射(XRD) 分析方法, 对安徽马鞍山具磷灰石假象绿松石的热性能特征进行了研究.研究结果显示从室温到1100℃, 假象绿松石的热相变可划分为6个变化阶段: 100~200℃时, 为吸附水脱水阶段; 250~330℃, 假象绿松石中羟基和晶格水分子脱失; 330~750℃为非晶态物相阶段; 约750℃时为新物相形成阶段; 750~1100℃为具磷石英结构磷酸铝的形成阶段; 1100℃时磷酸铝的结晶有序度增加.假象绿松石结构及水的存在形式、总量和结合方式制约和影响着颜色的变化. 相似文献

从2006 年9 月至2007 年6 月间对西江河口段溶解无机碳稳定同位素组成(δ13CDIC) 及 其相关的水体理化参数进行了一个水文年的季节性采样调查。夏、秋两季δ13CDIC 平均值(-13. 91‰、-13.09‰) 小于春、冬季节(-11.71‰、-12.26‰), 呈现出明显的季节性。δ13CDIC 与温度 呈负相关(p = 0.000; r = -0.646), 而与氧化还原电位正相关(p = 0.000; r = 0.569), 表明河段 表层水体δ13CDIC 受到季节性变化的水体理化性质等河道有机质氧化分解条件的控制; 夏季洪水期δ13CDIC 与航测距离呈正相关, 而春季枯水期的δ13CDIC 与航测距离负相关。δ13CDIC 的这种时空变异证明了研究河段河- 海作用过程影响了水体的理化性状进而控制了河道表层水体DIC 的性质。研究河段δ13CDIC 的上述时空分布规律与流域所处的地理环境关系密切, 汛期的夏季受陆源有机质的强烈分解作用的影响, DIC 的同位素组成向海洋方向变轻; 枯期的春季因海洋作用加强以及咸潮的入侵, 河道DIC 的同位素组成向海洋方向变重。 相似文献

The benthic fluxes (diffusive and with chambers) of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), dissolved oxygen (DO) and total alkalinity (TA) have been calculated in summertime in the estuary system formed by the mouths of the Tinto and Odiel rivers (SW of Spain). An increase of DIC in interstitial water with depth was found for all stations showing values of up to 28 mM at a depth of 5 cm. The diffusive fluxes of DIC and TA obtained ranging between 1.8–7.8 and 1.5–7.3 mmol m−2 d−1, respectively. These intervals are in agreement with those found for other coastal systems. Considering the plots of DIC vs. alkalinity (ΔDIC/ΔTA) in the first 30 cm of interstitial water, it was deduced that sulphate reduction and the oxidation of sulphides seem to have special relevance in the sediments of the stations studied. The benthic fluxes of inorganic carbon and DO measured by benthic chambers were variable, presenting elevated values (309–433 mmol DIC m−2 d−1 and 50–120 mmol DO m−2 d−1). The most elevated fluxes of DIC were seen at the stations with high anthropogenic influence (close to populated areas and industrial discharges). A great proportion of these fluxes are due to CaCO3 dissolution processes, which constitute an estimated 49% of total DIC flux. DIC and DO benthic flux quotients were far in excess of unity, indicating the significance processes of anaerobic degradation of organic material at the stations studied. 相似文献

The salinity minimum frequently occurring in the Mixed Water Region between the Oyashio and Kuroshio Fronts seems to originate from the salinity minimum at the density of 26.8σθ called the North Pacific Intermediate Water. We examined water exchange of this region with the Oyashio and the Kuroshio Extension using mixing ratio RK defined as (θ - θOY)/(θK - θOY) × 100, where θOY, θK, and θ represent potential temperature of the Oyashio and Kuroshio Waters and their mixture on the isopycnal surfaces, respectively. CTD data were obtained by repeated observation from January 1990 to May 1991. RK increases southward from the Oyashio Front to the Kuroshio Front with the range of −20 to 120%. The gradient of RK on the isopycnal surfaces is large around the Oyashio Front above the 26.8σθ surface, while it is large around the Kuroshio Front below it. This agrees with the average RK in the Mixed Water Region decreasing greatly with the increase of density at densities less dense than 26.8σθ. We calculated thickness and volume transport of the Oyashio between the isopycnal surfaces near the coast of Hokkaido. They increase largely with density at densities less dense than 26.8σθ. It is supposed that the salinity minimum in the Mixed Water Region is the upper limit of the water largely influenced by the Oyashio Water. Intermediate intrusion of low salinity water (LSW) into Sagami Bay was investigated on the basis of CTD data taken in Sagami
Bay and off the Boso Peninsula in 1993–1994. In October 1993, water of low temperature (<7.0°C), low salinity (<34.20 psu)
and high dissolved oxygen concentration (>3.5 ml I−1) intruded along the isopycnal surface of {ie29-1} at depths of 320–500 m from the Oshima East Channel to the center of the
bay. On the other hand, the LSW was absent in Sagami Bay in the period of September–November 1994, though it was always found
to the south off the Boso Peninsula. Salinity and dissolved oxygen distributions on relevant isopycnal surfaces and water
characteristics of LSW cores revealed that the LSW intruded from the south off the Boso Peninsula to Sagami Bay through the
Oshima East Channel. The LSW cores were distributed on the continental slope along 500–1000 m isobaths and its onshore-offshore
scales were two to three times the internal deformation radius. Initial phosphate concentrations in the LSW revealed its origin
in the northern seas. These facts suggest that the observed LSW is the submerged Oyashio Water and it flows southwestward
along the continental slope as a density current in the rotating fluid. The variation of the LSW near the center of Sagami
Bay is closely related to the Kuroshio flow path. The duration of LSW in Sagami Bay is 0.5 to 1.5 months. 相似文献
